4. Refund Policy

The Guarantee:

We're so confident you’ll love The Calm ADHD Blueprint, that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.

There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to The Calm ADHD Blueprint at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:

1. Your proof of purchase of The Calm ADHD Blueprint from Alina Hartley.

2. Completion of the full The Calm ADHD Blueprint (verifiable by Alina Hartley).

Refund Request Deadline:

You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing The Calm ADHD Blueprint. For example, if you purchased The Calm ADHD Blueprint on 1 March 2024, add 14 days and the date would be 14 March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 14th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

Miscellaneous:

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

2. All currency references means US dollars.

3. Alina Hartley reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.

4. Alina Hartley has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.

5. Alina Hartley reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Alina Hartley to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. Alina Hartley has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, Alina Hartley will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Alina Hartley or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality.

• Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site or its content.

• Use the Site to transmit harmful or malicious code.
